Hey ya ppl i need help naming a baby so can you plz suggest girl and boys names as I have`nt got a clue what to call the baby. Psychology Today published a study that surveyed over 500 Human Resource managers and over 150 college admissions counselors at competitive admission universities. The results showed that a person’s first name was a large factor in determining whether or not a person made it past the initial screening process for hiring or admission. People with odd or unusual or exotic names were more likely to be rejected while people with certain names – which Psychology Today termed “power names” – were more likely to pass the initial screening. Reply:We go to the Dr. for the 20 week ultrasound and we will HOPE to find out the sex. We already have 3 kids and want to narrow it down by 50% on picking a name this time. We didn't find out with #3 and had to have names for both.

I like Erick for a boy (got to throw in the "k" at the end) but my wife didn't like it either! (Sounds like a strong Viking name)
